組成說明及特點(diǎn)
裹條監(jiān)管碼一體機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)國家藥監(jiān)局關(guān)于藥品電子監(jiān)管碼實(shí)施的要求,擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)及雙軟*。
裹包設(shè)備為DFR-180A，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品包裝方式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)藥盒的裹條包裝，裹包設(shè)備上安裝固定掃描器，在包裝同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)條碼掃描和賦碼，具體方式如下：
1....藥品經(jīng)過裹包設(shè)備進(jìn)行裹包，裹包成為一中包。
2....進(jìn)入掃描傳送帶，在傳送帶上可以掃描產(chǎn)品*小包裝上的一級(jí)條碼，成功通過的上傳數(shù)據(jù)到電腦，不可閱讀產(chǎn)品自動(dòng)剔除。
.3...進(jìn)行裝箱，當(dāng)達(dá)到規(guī)定中包數(shù)量后，根據(jù)掃描到的條碼關(guān)聯(lián)信息生成大箱碼賦碼信息，電腦將大箱碼信息傳輸給標(biāo)簽打印機(jī)，打印大箱碼信息并手動(dòng)貼標(biāo)在箱包包裝上，完成關(guān)聯(lián)賦碼。使用手動(dòng)掃描槍對(duì)大箱碼信息進(jìn)行掃描，上傳給電腦，產(chǎn)品入倉。

DFR
1....drug are wrapped through wrapping machine,the wrapping packaging become medium-size bag.
2....going into the scanner conveyor belt,it can scan the class-one bar code of the minimum packaging on it, uploading the data of successfully passed into computer ,others unreadable will be auto-rejected.
3....casing,when reach the medium-size quantity provided,generate the scanned bar code related information into endowed code of large box code information,large box code information was transferred to label printer by computer,and print the large box code information and label on box package by hand,accomplish related endowed code. Scanning the large box code information through manual scanner gun,then upload computer,last be put in storage.
